How Chronex Stores Your Data
Chronex stores all data locally on your device. Toralle Lda (NIF: 518102564) does not operate servers or databases that store your personal information.
- Your shift records, profile, and settings exist only on your phone
- There is no cloud account to delete
- There is no server-side data to request deletion of
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1: Delete within the app
Open Chronex → More → Tools → Clear Data. You can choose to delete specific data or all data.
Option 2: Uninstall the app
Uninstalling Chronex permanently deletes all data associated with the app.
Option 3: Clear app data via Android Settings
Android Settings → Apps → Chronex → Storage → Clear Data.
What Gets Deleted
- Driver profile (name, CMTVDE, operator information)
- Vehicle information
- All shift records and events
- Alert history
- Fortnightly confirmations
- Personal Confirmation PIN
- Profile photo
- All preferences and settings
- Audit logs
What About Crash Reports?
Firebase Crashlytics may have collected anonymous crash data (device model, crash logs). This data contains no personal identifiers. To request deletion of Crashlytics data, contact us at the address below.
